Call for Papers

6th Naturalistic Driving Data Analytics (NDDA) workshop will be held on June 9th at the IEEE Intelligent Vehicle Symposium (IV) in Paris, 2019. This workshop welcomes articles in the field of Intelligent Vehicles dealing with new developments in theory and applications, vehicle technologies and demonstrations related to naturalistic driving data collected in real-world situations. All accepted papers will be presented at the workshop and included in conference the proceedings. The technical areas include but are not limited to the following:
  • On-board, remote data collection systems design and implementation
  • Data pre-processing, synchronization, quality assurance
  • Automated Vehicles with or without pilot/driver
  • Vision and environment sensing, perception, and actuation
  • Driver/ occupant monitoring
  • Cognition and Control
  • Driver and traveler support systems
  • Applications (safety, traffic management, fuel efficiency, future mobility, etc.)

In the tradition of successful IEEE ITS Conferences, only the highest quality papers will be accepted through a peer review process. The final version of the accepted papers will be included in the Conference proceedings only after at least one author officially registers to present the paper at the workshop.

  • Full-paper submission deadline: February 4, 2019
  • Notification of workshop paper acceptance: March 29, 2019
  • Final workshop paper submission: April 22, 2019
